At Dry Heat Tee Designs, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified).

• Gift cards or digital downloads.

• Products that have been used, washed, or worn.

Refund Process

• If your request meets the criteria outlined above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the refund request.

Return Shipping

• If you are required to return an item to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

• If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

• If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the exchanged item costs more than the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for the difference.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will request photo evidence of the damage or defect.

• In this case, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including the return shipping fees.

Late or Missing Refunds
